Always friendly fast service here.love how they keep you always informed on your vehicle. It's a pleasure coming here for all service

Dropped vehicle off had noise at low speeds dealer calls says rotated tires noise got quieter but still there then said want try alignment to see if it fixes it. I brought to them to find problem not guess and throw things at wall see if it sticks. They should have tould me this is the problem and it will fix it not we think this is problem and want try it and charge me for alignment and if didnt work I would still pay for it.

All tge staff there was phenomenal. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for an oil change and rotation, told them I would be waiting for it and was very happy with the amount of time it took. I have been other places that will let you sit there for hours waiting for your car. That was not the case here I was in and out in a timely fashion. I also received a detailed report of the multi- point inspection they did. 10/10 i will ve back.

Excellent (small town) customer service! I had a 3-step engine cleaning, oil change and tire rotation performed in about 1-1/2 hours.

I scheduled service for my father with Alzheimers and left explicit directions to call me with information and what our situation was. Those instructions were not followed and work was done based on my fathers (who is confused) instructions. We will never schedule anything here again, nor would I ever refer anyone here. The communication was awful!

Jessen as always was very helpful getting my vehicle in for service on a bad tire right away. I ended up having to work that morning but no worries David from the service department took the time to bring me back to my work and then deliver my vehicle when it was done! Amazing service that I have told others about. Great place to do business.

You left me with an empty gas tank. I was afraid I would run out of gas before I reached the gas station. Also the 3% charge using a credit card was excessive

I had to have my truck serviced because on 8-7-26 I had an oil change and oil filter was loose. I paid for a tow that I still haven’t been reimbursed for and I called your service dept after I picked my truck up and no return call or reimbursement to this date!

Overall, fine, but I lost safety features in my car since the front camera was replaced. They told me they were going to add that to my appointment, but the issue was not fixed

They did not reprogram my speedometer, which is needed because they installed larger diameter tires. The tires the dealer installed is a stock tire diameter on GMC and Chevy trucks. So I don’t understand why my speedometer can not be reprogrammed to a stock tire diameter. So after spending over $40,000. on a vehicle, the speedometer is inaccurate.
